Conference Season:- Cohesity Connect Global User Conference Starts Next Week
It is great to see conference season back (I still owe a few a write-up!) and next week it’s Cohesity Connect Global User Conference. The event takes place from 19th to 21st October and will have a core focus on cyber resilience. As many of you are taking that journey moving to the cloud is it a great time to explore your data protection with the rise of cyber attacks especially ransomware. The biggest thing is trying to make sure there is one less costly ransom to pay as the attacks are only getting more sophisticated by the day.
I have covered Cohesity in the past so I will be keen to look into the offerings they announce during this time. As above we need to not only think about protecting our data but how we manage it. Can we use it for more rather than just being a backup, insurance or a tick box for compliance? Is there a way you can use this for other means such as test, dev or start to explore this in data in a new way? I am looking forward to the new products, features and insights. I do hope to see some new certifications too and best of all it’s free to attend!
I have also added some of the press release below
The event unites technology innovators and forward-thinking organisations around critical business issues including cyber resilience, hybrid cloud strategies, data protection, unstructured data management, automated disaster recovery, and more.
